DMS is seeking a 3rd Shift Supervisor, come seek a Career, not just a job! This position has growth to become a 3rd Shift Manager position. The 3rd Shift Supervisor monitors employee and machine performance to ensure the production floor is running at an optimal level. This includes providing feedback to the Shift Manager to coordinate production levels are being met.

Essential Functions

• Works with the Shift Manager to schedule and oversee the Lettershop department workflow
• Coaches employees on the importance of safety, quality, and production efficiencies
• Ensure cleanliness and organization are consistently maintained
• Provides regular and timely feedback on work quality and performance to all team members

Qualifications

• Direct mail and/or postal experience (preferred)
• Leadership experience (Required)
• Ability to interpret various forms of instructions and adapt to changing priorities
• Exhibit oral and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Products
• Ability to work before and after scheduled shift and weekends, as needed.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Three to five years' relevant experience in a production or manufacturing environment
  

Schedule

• Sunday through Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am
• OT is required
