Direct Marketing Solutions is a multi-channel direct marketing company specializing in direct mail & digital marketing. To keep up with our recent growth, we are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Quality Assurance Supervisor, reporting to the Quality Director, is responsible for oversseeing and monitoring the quality of output for our facility located near Cranberry Township. This role manages QA team members by ensuring daily duties are completed, approving time-off requests, adjusting schedules, providing training, coaching and support to maintian high performance and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Works with site supervisors and managers to troubleshoot quality concerns.
• Approves vacation requests and adjusts schedules as necessary to prevent any gaps in the monitoring of production work.
• Conducts trainings and holds monthly meetings to ensure all QA team members understand and apply standard operating procedures.
• Provides relevant and timely feedback on QA team performance and issues disciplinary actions as needed.
• Prepares regular reports for production leadership and the Client Services team.
• Escalates quality issues as needed.
• Completes additional assignments and special projects from the Quality Director as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Five to ten years' relevant experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of tools, methods, and concepts of quality assurance
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including spreadsheet and analysis tools
• Knowledge of different direct mail fold types and USPS regulations preferred
• Knowledge of the direct mail sortation, print, and pre-press processes preferred
