Position Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Mail Processing Forklift Driver to organize, track, and load finished USPS pallets of mail for outbound shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize manual schedule to determine shipments of outbound pallets.

• Track pallets and scheduled pick ups.

• Utilize spreadsheet and Load Plans to organize and track mail in the warehouse.

• Operates forklift to stack pallets to load trailers.

• Uses pallet jacks to move pallets of mail and equipment through the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 1-3 years of forklift experience loading and unloading trailers preferred

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform warehouse support tasks as needed

Schedule Options:

Monday-Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm with overtime on weekends as needed.
