Position: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Direct Marketing Solutions (DMS) is growing fast - and we're looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead our manufacturing and print production quality team.

As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise and mentor a team of Quality Assurance Specialists and Quality Technicians in a manufacturing and print production environment

• Oversee daily quality inspections to ensure all work meets company, client, and ISO-compliant standards

• Manage production workflows, coordinate schedules and staffing, and ensure on-time, high-quality output

• Conduct training, coaching, and performance reviews to build strong, skilled teams

• Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity

• Track and analyze quality metrics, conduct root cause analyses, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)

• Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Production, Operations, and Client Services to ensure quality goals are met

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, printing, or production supervision

• Proven success leading teams in a fast-paced production or printing facility

• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection methods, and process documentation

• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

• Ability to problem-solve under pressure while maintaining attention to detail

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and QA tracking systems
