What You'll Do:

The Data Processing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accuracy of all job orders submitted to them by our clients. They will report to the Data Processing Manager, and will work closely with the Data Processing, Digital Development and Client Services teams. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: following all established processes and procedures to ensure the integrity and security of the data at all times; communicating with Account Managers and the data processing team to ensure all provided instructions are accurate and fully understood; and identifying and reporting any inconsistencies found in the data upon discovery.

What You Need To Have:

• Minimum1year of direct mail processing experience required
• Experience with RedPoint platform strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Familiarity with relational databases a must
• Experience with version control preferred
• Experience with programming languages, like FoxPro, VB6 and SQL, preferred
• Data Mining and manipulation preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) preferred

The Fine Print:

This position typically works Monday-Friday 8 am - 5 pm. This is a remote position. Overtime will be required in order to meet deadlines, where necessary.
