Production Trainer Position Summary:

The Production Trainer is responsible for training, coaching, and developing production employees to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations. This role partners with Production Leadership, HR, and Safety to deliver standardized training programs, reinforce SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor. 

Production Trainer Essential Duties:

• Conduct new hire, cross-training, and refresher training
• Deliver hands-on, on the job instruction aligned with SOPs
• Ensure employee compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain training records and certifications
• Support continuous improvement and operational changes

Qualification:

• High schools diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years production, manufacturing, or warehouse experience
• Training or coaching experience preferred
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and production processes
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work on the production floor
• Bilingual Spanish/English required 

Production Trainer Work Environment:

Production Warehouse and office staffing, exposure to machinery, noise, and dust.
